Bismel1 is trading automation software for traders who want clearer product setup, broker-connected account context, automation visibility, and account activity review. It does not guarantee profit, remove market risk, or replace your responsibility for your broker account and trading decisions.
1. Choose the product lane
Start from the Products page and choose the product that matches how you want to use the platform. Trial access lets you preview the app flow in read-only mode. Paid product access unlocks the product pages tied to your account and plan.
2. Verify your account
Confirm your email before using the customer area. Verification protects account access and keeps product, billing, support, and affiliate pages tied to the correct user.
3. Review the dashboard first
The customer dashboard gives you the first view of your account snapshot, product access, activity, and setup state. Trial/demo users can review the workflow without connecting a broker or changing automation.
4. Connect a broker after paid access
Broker connection is available only for eligible paid product access. Bismel1 uses the broker connection to read account context, positions, orders, buying power, and to route approved automation actions when every required check passes.
5. Add symbols and review controls
Product pages separate symbols, account context, controls, orders, positions, reports, and activity. Add or review symbols only inside the product/account you intend to use. Turning automation on does not force a trade; symbols must still pass product, broker, data, risk, and strategy checks.
6. Read activity and reports
Positions show open trade state. Orders show submitted and filled broker orders. Activity separates trade events from system sync events. Use reports to understand what happened and what the app is showing before changing settings.
7. Use support for account-specific questions
For account-specific issues, sign in and use the Help or support ticket area. Include the product, page, symbol, time, and what you expected to happen. Do not send broker passwords, API keys, card numbers, tax IDs, or bank login credentials.
