Account Security

Account security protects your Bismel1 login, product access, billing area, support tickets, affiliate data, and broker-connected workflow.

1. Verify your email

Customer and admin access require verified email where the app requires it. Verification helps protect your account from unauthorized setup or billing actions.

2. Use a strong password

Use a password that is unique to Bismel1. Do not reuse broker, email, bank, or payment passwords.

3. Protect your session

Log out when using a shared device. Do not leave your account open where another person can change broker, billing, automation, support, or affiliate settings.

4. Never share private credentials

Do not share broker API keys, secrets, passwords, card numbers, bank credentials, tax IDs, or account recovery links. Bismel1 support should not need your password.

5. Check account changes

If you notice unexpected product access, support messages, broker connection changes, affiliate payout changes, or billing changes, pause automation if needed and contact support from inside the app.

6. Keep payout data private

Affiliate payout data should be entered only in the payout settings form. Do not send payout destination details in public messages or screenshots.

7. Security mindset

Treat Bismel1 as part of your trading workflow. Protect the login, review important changes, and keep private credentials out of messages and screenshots.
