Billing and Subscriptions
Billing controls which paid product lanes are available in your Bismel1 account. Use the Billing page to review your current access, available upgrades, add-ons, payment status, and safe billing actions.
1. Start on the Billing page
Open Billing from the customer menu. The page shows products available to your account, current entitlement labels, and checkout actions when a product can be purchased or added.
2. What entitlement means
Entitlement means your account has access to a product. If a product is marked as your entitlement, that product should unlock its customer pages according to your plan. Trial/demo access is different and stays read-only.
3. Base products and add-ons
A base product opens a product lane. An add-on adds extra capability only when the required base product exists. Add-ons do not replace a base product.
4. Customer discounts
If your account qualifies for a customer discount, Billing may show discount pricing for eligible products. Products you already own should focus on entitlement status instead of showing purchase pricing again.
5. Checkout and portal actions
Checkout starts a secure payment flow. The customer portal, when available, lets you review billing account actions through the payment provider. Product access changes should be confirmed by Bismel1 after billing status is synced.
6. Cancellation and changes
If you need to cancel or change a subscription, use the billing action shown in the app or contact support from your account. Do not send card numbers, banking details, or private payment credentials in support messages.
7. If billing looks wrong
- Check that you are signed in with the correct email.
- Confirm the product name and entitlement label.
- Review whether a payment is active, pending, failed, canceled, or past due.
- Open a support ticket if the payment completed but access does not appear.
8. Billing does not force trading
A paid subscription unlocks eligible product pages and setup actions. It does not force orders, guarantee trades, or remove your responsibility to monitor broker account activity.
