Affiliate Rules and Disclosure
Program Overview
Bismel1 affiliates may share a referral link for selected products. When a visitor signs up or purchases through that link, Bismel1 may record the referral code and track eligible activity through the affiliate system.
Eligibility
Affiliate participation requires approval. Approval does not grant product entitlement, broker access, automation access, runtime control, trading permission, or admin access.
Commission Basis
The current preset is 73% of the first settled customer payment where the referral is valid, tracked, and approved. Commissions are subject to review, refunds, chargebacks, fraud checks, compliance review, and payout approval.
Payout Review
Commissions are reviewed after the customer’s first payment has settled for one full month. Approved commissions may be exported for manual payout preparation and later marked paid after the transfer is completed.
Manual Wise Payouts
Bismel1 uses manual Wise Business payouts first. The platform may export approved payout rows for admin review. Bismel1 does not create automatic Wise transfers in this phase.
Tax and Payment Information
Affiliates may need to provide legal name, business name if applicable, country, payout currency, payout method, Wise email when used, taxpayer classification, tax country, and tax form status before payout eligibility.
Required Disclosure
Affiliates must clearly disclose that they may earn a commission when someone signs up or purchases through their link.
Prohibited Claims
Affiliates may not promise profits, guaranteed returns, guaranteed income, risk-free trading, execution quality, specific win rates, or investment outcomes.
Affiliates may not present Bismel1 as a broker, investment adviser, financial adviser, investment manager, copy-trading service, or social-trading service.
Affiliates may not use misleading performance claims, fake screenshots, spam, deceptive marketing, hidden referral relationships, or financial advice language.
Independent Marketer Status
Affiliates are independent marketers. They are not employees, agents, brokers, advisers, or representatives authorized to make product, investment, or payout promises for Bismel1.
Rejection and Reversal
Bismel1 may reject, hold, reverse, or decline commissions for fraud, abuse, refund, chargeback, non-compliance, missing payout details, missing tax status, or misleading promotion.
